Day 1

You'll fly directly into Marrakesh and be met by a driver at the airport for your private transfer to your riad in the medina.

Day 2

Enjoy a tour of historical Marrakesh today, which includes the Saadien Tombs and the Badi and Bahia Palaces. This is the perfect opportunity to see the city with a local.

Day 3

You have a trip up to the Atlas Mountains today, taking in some of the very best this scenic region has to offer. Your journey will be mostly by 4x4, touring through Berber villages and sweeping valleys, and there's the option for a short walk at the end too.

Day 4

You have the morning at leisure, then this afternoon it's time to dine! Enjoy a tasting tour today, including wandering through the souks with a guide to discover the culinary delights of this city, followed by eating in Jemaa el-Fna this evening.

Day 5

You'll be met at your hotel this morning and taken via private transfer to Essaouira for three nights by the beach. En route you might like to visit the argan oil co-operative to learn how this Moroccan product is made.

Days 6-7

Relax and explore the town of Essaouira, sit by your pool or take a walk across the old town's battlements for stunning views across the Atlantic. If you would like an arranged excursion, we recommend a cooking class in a local riad – please ask for us for details.

Day 8

You'll be met at your hotel and taken back to Marrakesh Airport for your flight home.
