Day 1
Fly into Marrakesh, where you'll be met at the airport and taken via private transfer to your riad.
Day 2
Enjoy a private tour of historical Marrakesh, including the Saadien Tombs and the Badi and Bahia Palaces. Your local guide will be able to give you lots of insider perspectives.
Day 3
Today's tour uncovers some of the hidden sides to the medina, peaceful and beautiful spaces amidst the chaos of the walled city.
Day 4
Marrakesh boasts some beautiful, peaceful gardens and wonderful museums; today's tour takes in the best of them.
Day 5
You board a first class train north to Fez today, where you spend four nights in one of the city's stylish riads. The journey takes roughly seven hours.
Day 6
Today you'll have a tour of Fez el-Bali, the oldest part of the city dating back to the 9th century. As well as ticking off some of the historical sites, you'll visit the handicraft workshops that make this city famous, including the tanneries and silk dyers.
Day 7
Relax, explore at your own pace, or just unwind in your riad today. If you want a trip outside the city, we can arrange a tour of the Middle Atlas and some nearby Berber villages.
Day 8
Today you'll have a day trip to visit Moulay Idriss (a shrine to the founder of Morocco), Meknes (one of the Imperial Cities), and Voloubilis (a Roman city).
Day 9
You have a private transfer to Tangier today, visiting the blue-painted mountain town of Chefchaouen on the way.
Day 10
Spend the morning touring Tangier, before heading to the coastal enclave and UNESCO World Heritage site of Tetouan in the afternoon.
Day 11
You have today at leisure to do your own thing in Tangier. The Hercules Caves, on the coast west of the city, are worth a visit, as well as a stroll along the port.
Day 12
You head down the Atlantic coast today to the modern capital, Rabat, for the final three nights of the trip.
Day 13
Your private tour of the city with a knowledgeable local guide today includes the picturesque kasbah and a visit to the atmospheric Chellah ruins.
Day 14
Your final full day is taken up with a visit to El Jadida, a fortified coastal town, rich with photo opportunities such as the Portuguese Cistern.
Day 15
You'll be picked up from your hotel and transferred to Rabat or Fez Airport for your flight home.
