Today's tour uncovers some of the hidden sides to the medina, peaceful and beautiful spaces amidst the chaos of the walled city.
Day 4
Marrakesh boasts some beautiful gardens and excellent museums, some of which you visit today.
Day 5
Your driver collects you this morning and you head off over the Atlas Mountains, taking the mountain road by 4x4 from the Glaoui kasbah at Telouet to its more famous neighbour, Ait Ben Haddou. You finish the day in Skoura, your base for two nights.

Explore the kasbahs and palm plantations of Skoura.
Day 7
Heading eastwards you pass the dramatic Todra and Dades Gorges, before arriving at the towering dunes of the Erg Chebbi for a night in a fixed desert camp.
Day 8
It's a long day today, driving northwards out of the arid desert of the south, through the rolling, green Middle Atlas Mountains to the ancient city of Fez, home for four nights.
Day 9
A tour of "Old" and "New" Fez: slightly mislead names as even "New" Fez is 700 years old!
Day 10
Relax, explore at your own pace, and then learn a bit about Moroccan cooking with a cookery class.
Day 11
Visit the nearby mountain towns of Bhalil and Sefrou.

Tour of Rabat, including the kasbah and atmospheric Chellah ruins.
Day 14
Head south down the Atlantic coast today to the fortified seaside town of El Jadida, for three nights to round off your holiday.
