Villa Quieta is one of the few hotels on the seafront in Essaouira that boasts traditional Moroccan interiors as well as enough space for a large swimming pool. The hotel is at the end of the boardwalk, meaning it’s the further away from the medina, but a gentle 15-minute stroll will take you to the old town gates. There is no restaurant here, but breakfast is served and Essaouira itself has plenty of places for lunch and dinner. The staff here are praised for being efficient and friendly, and the stunning decor make for an extra special stay.
